Volunteers

The Thunder Bay District Golf Association is always looking for volunteers to assist at our events. Volunteers play a crucial role in the TBDGA's organization, and our events would not be possible without their tireless effort, passion, and commitment.

There are many opportunities to get involved. For example, volunteers may act as starters, scoring officials, or marshals. They also help in tournament setup and cleanup. Volunteers do not need to know anything about golf. Clear instructions will be provided to all individuals willing to help. We welcome and encourage new volunteers. For high school students, any time spent volunteering can be put towards their Community Involvement hours.

Volunteers will meet new people, make new friends, and know that they have made an important contribution to the game we all love.
